Music is one of the most important constituents in our life. It plays a great role in everyone’s life. People compose music. People play music. People listen to music It reflects our moods and emotions. You can hardly find a person who doesn’t like or need music and who never sing or dances. Tasts differ. So people’s musical interest range from pop and rock music to classical music and opera. There are many different types of music and groups in Great Britain and United States of America that you can enjoy. New styles, groups and singers continue to appear. Great Britain and United States of America have produced more popular music stars than any other country.
The actuality of this research is that different styles of music that have been originated in Great Britain and United States of America strongly influenced music life in the world. Most teens my age are into modern genres like pop, hip hop, rap, R’n’B and are not informed enough about other. My research will help them analyze and identify different styles of music. The purpose is to find out what music styles were invented in Great Britain and United States of America.The research problems are:Why do people listen to music?What is British and American music like?How did music changed my life. What British and American singers and groups gained world popularity?What sort of music did young people prefer to listen to?The object of our research is music.The subject is British and American music styles.Research methods are the analysis of theoretical recourses on the problem, questionnaire.Diagnostic research on finding out of young people’s studies about music. Jazz can usually be described as one word – “smooth”. Most jazzy music has a lot of brass to create that smooth, vibrating sound. There usually is a strong bass line backed-up by a great drummer. It is enjoyed by broad public. It is composed by famous pop composers and showmen. Showmen or producers sponsors and advertise it. This advertisement influences on our mind. The lyrics of pop songs always reflect the attitudes of their days and many of them take a critical view of a society that they consider to be gradually deter rating.
