Unit 3. MASS MEDIA: GOOD OR BAD
Тема урока: Косвенная речь. Глаголы, вводящие в косвенную речь.
Цели:
личностные: воспитание коммуникативной культуры обучающихся;
предметные: совершенствование грамматических навыков;
метапредметные: развитие умения сопоставлять родной язык и иностранный на грамматическом уровне.
Задачи:
Тренировка нового в употреблении грамматики: косвенная речь
Развитие аудитивных навыков и навыков диалогической речи.
Оборудование: компьютер, проектор, экран, презентация, раздаточный материал.

















Ход урока.
1. Организационный момент: приветствие, сообщение плана урока.
- Good morning, children. (Good morning, teacher.)
- I’m glad to see you. (We are glad to see you).
- Let’s begin our lesson. Take your seats.
- Today we continue working on the reported Speech. You will learn to use the reported speech statements and verbs that are used to report speech.
2. Повторение грамматических единиц по теме.
1) Фонетическая зарядка.
- Learn to pronounce the ending –ed correctly. Listen to the tape and repeat the verbs in ex. 83 p.79.
- Be careful of the different pronunciation of – ed.
- Now you try to do it yourselves.
- Read the verbs in a chain.
- Say how we pronounce – ed. (We pronounced it in three ways: [t], [d], and [id])
2) Активизация лексики в устной речи. Проверка домашнего задания.
- Let’s remember the rule about reported speech. (слайд 2,3,4,5,6)
- Now I’ll give you cards with a task.
- Fill in the missing words. (слайд 7)

3. Развитие грамматических навыков:
- You know there are some verbs that are used to report speech.
- Open ex.84 p.79. Read the examples and name such verbs. (They are “to explain”, “to suggest”, “to think”, “to offer”, “to advise”, “to ask”, “to remind”, “to start”, “to imagine”, “to thank”, “to discuss”, “to apologize”) (слайд 8)
- Let’s learn to use them. Read the story in ex.85 p.80.
- Say why is called “A bad memory”? (It is called “A bad memory” as the professor was thinking only about his lectures and forgot he was thinking to his wife)

- Now let’s practice and make up sentences from the words.
- Now I’ll give you cards with a task.
- Make up sentences from the words. Read what you’ve got. (слайд 9)

- It is exercise 81, page 79 retell it in the reported speech, exercise 34, 35 page 89 (S.B.)
