MINUTE FOR PHYSICAL EXERCISES AT ENGLISH LESSONS TO INCREASE MOTIVATION TO STUDY THE SUBJECT AND TO MAINTAIN THE HEALTH OF THE STUDENT
At an early grade level of children to teach a foreign language is one of the main objectives of the teacher – to make this subject interesting and favorite. It is promoted by carrying out a minute for physical exercises (MPE) in English which removes intellectual stress, promotes emotional unloading of pupils.
MPE- a discharge with different use of movements. MPE at lessons are necessary for prevention of exhaustion, violation of a bearing and sight.
School loadings influence success of training and are the reasons for the deterioration of health and progress. MPE at lessons of English provide active recreation of pupils, switches attention from one kind of activity to another, promotes increase of attention and working capacity. Use of MPE in English leads to increase in creative potential of pupils, to intelligent and fast development of lexical, grammatical, phonetic material (according to the program) and allows to compensate the negative consequences of over fatigue.
At the initial stage of learning a foreign language, I use this kind of discharge, as the execution of commands.
Hands up, hands down.Hands on hips, sit down.Bent left to the side.Bent left, bent right.1, 2, 3 hop. 1, 2, 3 stop!Stand still.
Stand up, clap, clap,Arms up, clap, clap,Step, step, arms down,Clap, clap, please, sit down.
Teddy bear turn around,Teddy bear touch the ground,Teddy bear nod you head,Close your eyes and go to bed.
You can use the lessons of a song, which reduces fatigue and gives the students a lot of fun, carries a huge emotional charge, promotes mood elevation. It is helpful to use the songs with the movements and dances.
Make a Circle
Time to make a circle.

Do not forget to use the finger games. Movement of the fingers and hands have a special significance. Finger exercises help students to relax, because the simple hand movements to help removes stress not only from the arms themselves, but from the lips too, removing common mental fatigue.

As the number of students with low vision has been steadily increasing, the teaching should be carried out in the form of discharge exercises for the eyes.
Look left, look right,
Look up, look down,
Look around.
Look at your nose,
Look at that rose,
Close your eyes,
Open, wink and smile.
Your eyes are happy again.
MPE for all teachers should be a prerequisite for the organization of the lesson in order to maintain health and improve student’s interest in the subject matter.
