«The United Nations».
( урок закрепления материала с использованием ролевой игры)
Цель урока: коммуникативно-речевое развитие учащихся и расширение лексического запаса через закрепление знаний по теме «The United Nations».
 Задачи урока:
Образовательные:
Совершенствовать речевые навыки и умения монологической и  диалогической речи;
активизировать лексику по теме«The United Nations» в устной речи;
развивать навыки поискового чтения.
Развивающие:
развивать интеллектуальные способности учащихся;
формировать умение выделять главное, анализировать;
расширить лингвистический кругозор учащихся.
Воспитательные:
развивать у учащихся самостоятельность мышления;
Прививать любовь и интерес к иностранному языку.

Вступительное слово. Warm-up
 Look at the blackboard. The theme of our lesson today is ” The United Nations. ”  We’re going  talk about the United Nations, one of the most famous and the most notable organizations in the world. I think it’ll be interesting for you. I’d like you to know that there are more than 2500 international organizations and I’m sure you hear about such organizations as UN ISEF, UNESCO, GREENPEACE, INTERPOL, the RED CROSS. These organizations are concerned with narrow problems. But the UN deals with a great variety of matters, that’s why it’s so notable. Look at these pictures ( the symbol of the UN and the portrait of Secretary- General)
