Aim: To teach the pupils to understand the new words and grammar.
Objectives:
1)Educational: To form the knowledge of the usage of the new words, new grammar
2)Developing:_To develop habits and skills in speaking, listening, writing.
3)Bringing –up_To bring-up interest the English language.
The procedure of the lesson:
1.Organizing moment:
Good morning, dear pupils!
Good morning, teacher!
How are you?
I’m fine, thank you. And you? I’m fine, thanks. Sit down, please!
Who is on duty today? What date is it today? What day is it today?
Who is absent today? What is your home task for today?
2 Phonetic drill:
Let’s start our lesson with phonetic drill. For phonetic drill we shall: listen and repeat.
Cock is happy,
Fox is sad.
Cat is pretty,
Wolf is bad.
3.Checking of home- work:
Let’s continue our lesson with the home-task. What was your home –work for today?
_Open your books and repeat your home task.
4.Presentation of the material:Now, let’s proceed to the new theme. The theme of the lesson « Meet my friends»
T: - Let’s sing the song”. “How are you?”(1-2 куплет)
The next task. Look at the picture (на ромашку) “How old are you?”
T: -I’m 25.
