1. Способствовать воспитанию интереса к изучению иностранного языка.

I. Организация начала урока:
Приветствие
Good afternoon, dear students. I’m very glad to see you. How are you today? Let’s begin our lesson.
II. Постановка целей и задач: (слайд №1)
Today we begin the new theme. Different numbers, counts, prices, dates are surrounding us. Do you agree? That is why it is important for us to learn to use them in our English speech. According to this aim we must to understand the rules of building the Numerals in English. So, at first our task for today will be to get acquainted with the theory and then to use this knowledge in practice. But we’ll do it in interesting way. Do you like games? Would you like to play today? Ok, let’s begin then.

You know that there are many proverbs in Russian, in which we use different numbers. Englishmen also have many interesting proverbs. Look at the screen, please. Let’s read and try to translate them.
All for one and one for all. – Один за всех и все за одного.When three know it, all know it. – Что известно троим, известно всем.Measure thrice and cut once. – Семь раз отмерь – один раз отрежь.To be on cloud nine. – Быть на седьмом небе.Two heads are better than one. – Одна голова хорошо, а две лучше.
Объяснение правил образования количественных и порядковых числительных в английском языке. Учащиеся записывают правила образования числительных с примерами в тетради. (Работа с презентацией)

There are two groups of numerals in English as in Russian: Cardinal Numerals – количественные числительные and Ordinal Numerals – порядковые числительные.

And now let’s play a game! We’ll need two participants. Look at the blackboard. You can see here different numbers. Take chalk. I will pronounce this numbers, your task is to find and to strike them out. If you will pronounce the numbers wright, you will receive cards.
(Учащимся предлагается поиграть. Необходимо два участника. Доска поделена на два поля. В каждом поле в разброс написаны числительные. Учитель называет эти числительные, задача учащихся найти и вычеркнуть их. Выигрывает тот участник, кто быстрее вычеркнет все цифры. Для начала можно поиграть с простыми цифрами, позже задачу можно усложнить. В первый раз цифры называет учитель, во второй раз (для второй пары игроков) цифры может называть один из студентов группы).Примерный образец оформления доски:

And I would like to suggest you another game. Do you know such a game as Loto? (Приложение №1) Let’s play it. All members of our group will receive special tickets with numbers. And one of you (we’ll do it in chain) will take a barrel from the pocket and call the number on it, call it as an ordinal number. If it is the number from you card, strike it down. And at the end of the lesson we’ll count this cards and put marks.
(Учащиеся играют в Лото, называя при этом цифры, как порядковые числительные. Играть можно до тех пор, пока у кого-нибудь не заполнится одна строка в билете. За правильное название порядкового числительного учащиеся получают карточки, за которые в конце урока можно будет выставить оценки.)IV. Информация о домашнем задании:
