STEPAN PISAKHOV (1879-1960) Stepan Pisakhov is a famous Russian artist and a story teller. He was born in 1879 in the village Uma. He studied in saint Petersburg and became an artist. He was The teacher of Drawing. 15 years later pisakhov began to travel around the North. He wrote interesting fairy tales. Pisakhov died in 1960 in arkhangelsk. Pisakhov`s Fairytales “About the bear”, “The Northern light”, “ Frozen songs” and others.
