The Champion Birdman
You probably think that people can’t fly. Well, you’re wrong. Every year in Avgust, there’s an International Birdman Competition in Bognor, on the south coast of England. The Champion Birdman can fly 44 metros. There are some fantastic competitors this year. You can see a flying frog, an elephant with very big ears, and a man with wings! There are Birdman competitions in Italy, Holland, Japan, America, Australia and New Zealand too. You can get more information on the Birdman website.
The people in the photos aren’t crazy! They’re competitors in the international Birdman Competition.
