Тема: Идиомы и поговорки о еде. Развитие навыков поискового чтения.
Цель: развитие учебно-информационных умений и навыков через чтение с извлечением нужной информации
Задачи:
Обучающая- расширить общий и филологический кругозор учащихся по теме «Идиомы и поговорки о еде».
Развивающая- развитие навыков поискового чтения.
Воспитывающая- содействовать развитию эстетического вкуса, культуры речи, а также, развитию интереса к изучению иностранного языка.
Тип урока: урок обобщения и систематизации полученных знаний по модулю 9 «Время покупок»
Методы : объяснительно-иллюстративный, тестирование
Оборудование: учебник «Spotlight 7» Ваулина Ю.Е., О. Е. Подоляко, Д. Дули, В. Эванс, CD к учебнику, раздаточный материал, интерактивная доска (презентация).
Ход урока:
Организационный момент:
-Good afternoon………
-Let’s play HOT POTATO. I hope it’s not our hot potato for today’s lesson. The translation of the last sentence I’ll tell you later. Hm… I think you’ll translate it by yourself. Ok? Let’s start. Don’t forget to use your own examples. (учитель кидает ребенку мячик и называет группу продуктов, а ученик должен назвать любой продукт из этой группы, сделать это необходимо быстро)
Проверка домашнего задания: ex. 2 p. 90 and WB ex. 2 p. 55
Основная часть. Чтение текста с полным пониманием инфо.
Open your student books on page 90, ex. 3. I give you two minutes to read this text, then you’ll do the task on it. Clear? Start please.
Задание на доске True/false. Записать ответ на листочке для дальнейшей самопроверки (5 правильных ответов-5, 4-4, >3-3).
Read the e-mail from Angela at p. 90 SB and mark the sentences T

Ann doesn’t want to sit for her Maths test but she wants to get an
excellent mark. You say to Ann: “You can’t have your cake and eat
it too”
Check answers. Count all pluses. Pass me your papers, please. While you are passing me – do you remember what I said at the beginning of the lesson “I hope it’s not our hot potato for today’s lesson”, who wants to translate it? Open your dairies and write down the home task: make a poster with any idiom or saying you like. We have two minutes left, so I offer you to write down idioms and sayings that you like most of all.
