Тема: Защита окружающей среды. Совершенствование навыков чтения, умения делать сообщение на основе прочитанного.
обучающие:
- освоить во всех видах речевой деятельности новые лексические единицы по теме «Окружающая среда»;
– научиться в процессе речевого взаимодействия выражать своё согласие/несогласие,
удивление/озабоченность, делать предположения, выдвигать предложения;
развивающие:
– развивать умения и навыки в чтении, монологической речи и аудировании;
– развивать познавательные интересы за рамками урока;
– развивать лингвистическую и социокультурную компетенцию;
– развивать коммуникативные умения при работе в группе;
– развивать умения работать с информацией, в том числе с использованием интернет ресурсов и компьютерных технологий;

Ход урока:
Presenting vocabulary related to environmental protection. Read through the diagram/mind map and elicit/ explain any new vocabulary. Упр 1
Чтение: Predicting the content of a text
Direct Ss’ attention to the title and heading of the text on p. 65.
Elicit what they think the writer’s purpose was (to give information and promote recycling).
Select individual Ss to say what they expect to learn from the text.
Allow Ss time to read through the text and check their answers.
Suggested Answer Key
I think the writer’s purpose in writing the text was to encourage people to reduce waste and be more environmentally aware. I expect to learn more about how to reduce waste and how to be more environmentally friendly.
