Урок-игра по теме «Английские Идиомы».

Цель урока: формирование представления об особенностях перевода и употребления идиом в английском языке.
Задачи:
1.Образовательные: активизация познавательной деятельности учащихся, повышение качества усвоения изучаемого языка.
2. Развивающие: расширение кругозора учащихся, развитие умений устной речи.3. Воспитательные: повышение мотивации к изучению английского языка, развитие интереса к изучению языка.
Оборудование: ПК, мультимедийный проектор, экран, раздаточный материал.
Формы организации учебной деятельности учащихся: работа в группе, ролевая игра, сотрудничество.
Ход урока
Приветственное слово учителя, постановка целей урока. Учитель делит группу на команды(4-5 учащихся), поясняет, что они будут участвовать в игре.
Учащиеся зачитывают с экрана определение понятия «идиома» и пример.
- a group of words that has a special meaning that is different from the ordinary meaning of each separate word.
e.g.“ break a leg” – good luck
Желают удачи, друг другу.
1 задание. Команда получает идиомы о животных, необходимо соотнести колонки, дать определение.

4. 2 задание. Команды заполняют предложения идиомами о цветах.

out of the blue – suddenly
red flag – danger sign

5. 3 задание. Выбери нужное слово, найди определение. Каждая команда выполняет своё задание, обмениваются готовыми работами и проверяют результаты.

6. 4 задание. Учащиеся выбирают карточку , зачитывают ситуацию и употребляют соответствующую ей идиому. Время на обдумывание в группе не более 30 сек., при отсутствии ответа ход переходит.

Заключительный этап.
Подводятся итоги урока ,обсуждается проделанная работа и достигнутые результаты. Подсчитываются баллы, выявляется победитель. Все учащиеся получают положительные оценки.
