The great German poet Goethe once said: ” He who knows no foreign language does not know his own one.” Nowadays the knowledge of English is very important in the world. Everyone will understand you if you speak English. That is why many people learn English all over the world. I’m not an exception. I study English at school, have extra classes, travel and try to do our best to know English better. You may ask how exactly I can do that. So, I think that English is around us. The POLYGLOT is a person knowing many languages. I think it’s more important to talk easily in English. There are people who can read and write but can’t even say a word. And we have people who don’t know much grammar but can talk. I often read a lot. There is always an English book on my desk. I'm trying to learn few new words every day. It’s a good practice! I believe that English is our future. It helps us understand people from other countries. Sometimes it helps us to understand Russian better, because there are a lot of international words in it. English opens the doors leading to new interesting things, new opportunities and great success. Conclusion If you are young it will be easier for you to learn a foreign language.
