Урок - ролевая игра «Welcome to London» (5 класс)

Цели урока: 1) активизация материала по теме «My family».
2) тренировка лексических навыков, навыков диалогической речи.
3) формирование коммуникативной компетенции.
Задачи урока:
Обучающие: применение полученных знаний на практике, оперирование имеющимся потенциалом в конкретной ситуации, закрепление умения и навыков диалогической речи.
Развивающие: развитие умения работать в парах, в коллективе, развитие интереса к изучаемому языку, развитие творческих способностей.
Воспитательные: воспитание уважительного отношения друг к другу, воспитание позитивного отношения к культуре страны изучаемого языка, формирование мотивации к изучению английского языка.
Формы работы на уроке: работа в парах, групповая работа.
Технологии: игровая, технология коммуникативного обучения.
Методы: устного изложения материала, игровой.
Оборудование: именные карточки, заварочный чайник, фотоаппарат, микрофон, стол, стулья, скатерть, чашки, блюдца, варенье, печенье, конфеты, макет автобуса.Планируемые результаты.
Личностные: формировать адекватную мотивацию учебной деятельности, понимать значимость роли иностранного языка в жизни человека.
Познавательные: осуществлять актуализацию лексики, опираясь на учебную ситуацию, уметь строить речевые высказывания в устной форме, оценивать процесс и результат деятельности.
Регулятивные: использование речи для регуляции своих действий.
Коммуникативные: умение работать в парах, группах, слушать товарища, выражать свои мысли.
Ситуации: « At the Airport», « New Friends at Home», « At Table».
1.Начало урока. Приветствие.
Hello, boys and girls. I am glad to see you. Sit down, please.
How are you today? Do you like the weather? (ребята отвечают на вопросы учителя)
Are you ready for our lesson?
Today we shall have a special lesson. We have two families: the Claydons – an English family and the Smirnovs - a Russian family. They will meet in London. You know that Alexander and Mike are pen-friends. Mike invites Alexander and his family to come to London, where Mike lives. So the Smirnovs will go to London on an exchange visit for the first time.
2. Перечисляю все роли.
The Smirnovs: Мr. Smirnov, his son Alexander, his daughter Olga, Alexander’s cousins Vera, Inna, Julia from Lipetsk.
The Claydons: Mrs Claydon, her sons Mike and Terry, daughter Barbara, Mike’s cousin from Oxford Linda, Helen.
а correspondent from the newspaper.
3.Каждый ученик в группе имеет роль. Роль миссис Клайдон исполняю я. У учащихся есть карточки, на которых написаны имя и фамилия. Эти карточки они прикрепляют к своей одежде.
4. Teacher: – Now, let's begin our lesson. Let’s fly to London.
Ситуация « At the Airport».
Mike: Excuse me.
Alexander: Yes.
Mike: Are you from Smolensk?
Alexander: Yes, I am. I am Alexander.
Mike: I am Mike. Nice to meet you. Welcome to Britain.
Alexander: Thank you.
Mike: Mum, this is Alexander, my pen-friend from Smolensk.
Alexander: Let me introduce you to my family.
This is my father Mr Smirnov, my sister Olga and my cousins from Lipetsk Vera, Inna and Julia.
Mike: This is my brother Terry, my sister Barbara, my cousins from Oxford: Linda and Helen.
Alexander: I’ve brought a present from Russia. It’s a nice teapot. Here it is.
Mrs Claydon: Thank you very much.
A correspondent: Excuse me. My name is Mr Bill. I am a correspondent from English newspaper. I know that you are from Russia. What is your name?
Alexander: My name is Alexander
A correspondent: How old are you?
Alexander: I am ten years old.
A correspondent: What is your favorite school subject?
Alexander: My favorite subject is sport.
A correspondent: Thank you. Welcome to Britain.
Mrs Claydon: Oh, it's time to go home. Look! This double – decker bus will take us home. ( Дети показывают, что едут в автобусе).
Ситуация «New friends at Home».
Mrs Claydon: Let’s go to the living room. This way, please. Sit down here. Let’s talk about our families. Look! Here are some photographs. Barbara, could you tell Alexander and his family about our family?
Barbara: Yes, of course. Our family is big and friendly. Mike and Terry go to school. They like sport. Our mother is a doctor. She works in a hospital. Our father is an engineer. I go to school too. Linda and Helen live in Oxford.
Mrs Claydon: Now we would like to know about the Smirnovs relatives. Have you got a grandmother?
Olga: Yes, of course.
Mrs Claydon: How old is she?
Vera: She is seventy.
Mrs Claydon: Now, let’s speak about ourselves. Terry, tell us about yourself, please.
Terry: I am nine years old. My hobby is photography. I have got a nice camera. I like to take photographs. I have got a hamster. My favorite subjects are Maths and History.
Mrs Claydon: Thank you very much. Vera, could you tell us about yourself, please.
Vera: I am ten. I have got a dog. I love my dog very much. My hobby is sport. I like to play basketball.
Ситуация «At Table».
Mrs Claydon: It’s time to have tea. Mike, Terry, Barbara, help me to lay the table.
(Учащиеся накрывают стол. Все садятся за стол). Реплики учащихся за столом:
- Would you like a cup of tea? (Yes, please)
- Could you pass me the jam, please?
- Can I pour you some more tea?
- Would you like a slice of bread? (No, thank you)
Mrs Claydon: Do you like tea?
Дети хором отвечают: «It’s very nice».
Mrs Claydon: Now, It’s time to take our picture. Could you take our picture, Terry?
Terry: Yes, of course. Let’s go to the garden. Say «cheese», please. The photo is ready. Thanks a lot.
5. Рефлексия (подведение итогов урока).
Teacher: - Thank you very much. Sit down, please. Do you like our lesson? (Ребята отвечают на вопрос учителя). Today you have got the following marks… Mike, your English is very good. Your mark is 5. Terry, your pronunciation is very good. Your mark is 5 too и т.д. Our lesson is over. Good bye!
