I think that students and young people should clean streets every Saturday, then our streets and yards will become cleaner. I offer to build and to create clubs for interests for teenagers. Also I suggest cafes and restaurants offering part time jobs for teenagers where they can earn some money. The young will be busy and very few of them would waste time. Much litter in the streets! Untidy yards! Problems and Solutions: I suggest cleaning up rivers and lakes, and fine those who leave their rubbish on the beaches and throw waste into the water. I offer to build underground car parks, as a result they will be places for children's playgrounds. 3) Much rubbish on the beaches! 4) A lot of parked cars in the yards!
