С 2009 года, в связи с переходом единого государственного экзамена в штатный режим, количество его участников увеличивается с каждым годом.ЕГЭ по иностранным языкам имеет статус экзамена по выбору и его сдают те выпускники, которые планируют поступать в вуз на те специальности, для которых требуется показать свой уровень владения иностранным языком.Для дифференциации испытуемых по уровню владения иностранным языком в пределах, сформулированных в проекте федерального компонента государственного стандарта общего образования по иностранным языкам, во все разделы экзаменационной работы, помимо заданий базового уровня были включены задания повышенного и высокого уровней сложности. Уровень сложности заданий определялся уровнями сложности языкового материала и проверяемых умений, а также типом задания. Говорение как основа для формирования письменно-речевой компетенции Задание С2 – написание развернутого высказывания с элементами рассуждения на заданную тему – относится к высокому уровню и направлено на контроль продуктивных умений письменной речи. Говорение как основа для формирования письменно-речевой компетенции Цель задания:проверить владение когнитивными стратегиями письменной речи:способность определять суть заданной проблемы;определить свою позицию по заданной проблеме и аргументировать свою точку зрения;анализировать заданную коммуникативную ситуацию с различных позиций и точек зрения, выдвигать контраргументы;делать выводы.проверить речевые умения письменной речи:логически выстраивать письменное высказывание определенного объема, используя необходимые средства связи;грамотно структурировать текст;выбирать нейтральный стиль речи;использовать разнообразные речевые модели и структуры для реализации коммуникативной задачи;грамотно использовать языковой материал (лексику и грамматику) для решения поставленных коммуникативных задач. Говорение как основа для формирования письменно-речевой компетенции В заданиях раздела «Говорение» так же, как и в заданиях раздела «Письмо», главное это выполнить поставленную коммуникативную задачу и продемонстрировать умения устной коммуникации. Говорение как основа для формирования письменно-речевой компетенции «Письмо письменная речь в процессе обучения иностранному языку выступает в первую очередь как средство и лишь отчасти как цель обучения. Письменная речь наряду с говорением представляет собой так называемый продуктивный (экспрессивный) вид речевой деятельности и выражается в фиксации определенного содержания графическими (письменными) знаками. Письмо как вид речевой деятельности возможно на основе связей двигательных, зрительно-графических и речевых моторно-слуховых образов языковых явлений. Кроме того, в современной России наблюдается кризис семьи, детства, социальная неустроенность части населения, усиление агрессивности социальной среды.
