CHINA Zhin Yan RUSSIAJulia Lipnitskaya This is Yulia Lipnitskaya. She is 17 years old and she is a talented Russian figure skater.Yulia lives in Yekaterinburg, Russia. She has a mother and a grandmother.She began training at the age of four. Her coach is Alexei Urmanov. During the week, she sleeps and eats at the school for figure skaters.Yulia trains four hours a day, six days a week.It is a really hard work. She was part of the Russian team to win the 2014 Winter Olympics team trophy. Individually, she is the 2014 World silver medalist. She took the second place at Trophee Eric Bompard in France on the 15th of November 2015.Yulia Lipnitskaya is the youngest Russia athlete to win a gold medal at the Winter Olympics.Yulia loves figure skating. She thinks it is really exciting.She always skates with her friends. Her hobbies are reading, horse riding and drawing. We wish her success and gold medals!
