Цель урока: развитие языковой компетенции учащихся.
Задачи.
Обучающие: активизировать изученную ранее тематическую лексику во всех видах речевой деятельности, развивать навыки использования Present Continuous в речи.
Развивающие: развивать умения во всех видах речевой деятельности; развивать познавательные интересы за рамками урока.
Воспитательные: воспитывать толерантное отношение к традициям других народов
Креативные: развивать умение изготовления праздничного фонарика.
Здоровьесберегающие: создание психологического комфорта участников образовательного процесса.

Оснащение урока: доска, экран, компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, презентация, раздаточный материал (flashcards).Время урока: 45 минут.

1.Организационный момент.
Good morning, boys and girls! I am glad to see you.

Special days are important for us, because they can help us to understand that we are not alone and we need each other……
And at the end of our lesson I’ve got a surprise for you. As you know, children make special lamps, preparing for Diwali. I want you to try to make such lamps too.
