Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку "Прощание с английским алфавитом" – "Let’s say goodbye to the alphabet"
Цель: подведение итогов работы за год на начальном этапе изучения английского языка.
Задачи:
1. Образовательные.
а) формировать умение употреблять ранее изученные лексические единицы в речи учащихся
б) формирование навыков произношения
2. Развивающие.
развивать навык фонетического слуха
развивать навыки выразительного чтения
развивать индивидуальные творческие и артистические способности учащихся
развивать интерактивные коммуникативные способности
развитие творческой активности, нравственных качеств – доброжелательности, психических процессов: памяти, внимания, воображения и положительных эмоций.
3. Воспитательные.
а) воспитывать у учащихся любовь к окружающему миру
б) воспитывать у учащихся умение приветствовать и реагировать на приветствия
в) воспитывать у учащихся уважение к культуре страны изучаемого языка

Teacher: Good morning, dear boys and girls! Welcome to our ABC party! There are a lot of us!

Letter A: Hello. I am the letter A
A is for alphabet and for ABC.
Can you say the alphabet from A to Z?
Children: Yes, we can.
Letter A: Let’s sing "The ABC” song. Учащиеся исполняют песню.

Letter K. K is a Kitchen as neat as can be.
Letter L. L is for Ladies at afternoon tea.
Letter М. M is the Marketplace open all year.
Letter N. N is a Nest with a mother bird near.
Teacher. N is for nine, ninety and ninety-nine.

Letter P. I am the letter P.
P is for Picnics that last whole day.
Letter Q. Q is a Quilt that we stitch and we sew.
Teacher. Let’s play the game "Taking Steps”.
Ученики, желающие принять участие в соревновании, делятся на 2—3 команды по 3 человека. Команды становятся на расстоянии 15 шагов от учителя — он поочередно называет командам звуки английского языка, а игроки называют с ними слова. Если ученики правильно подобрали слова к определенному звуку, то команда делает шаг вперед, если ошиблись, то остается на месте. Выигрывает та команда, которая быстрее подошла к учителю.
Входят ученики, изображающие буквы R и S.
Letter R. R is for rolling downhill in the snow.
Letter S. S is for summer when we’re on vacation
Выходят ученики, исполняющие роли букв Т, U, V, X, Y.
Letter Т. T is the Train that pulls out the station.
Letter U. U is for Uncle who twitches his nose.
Letter V. V is for Vegetables growing in rows.
Letter W. W is for Wagon we’re filling with sand.
W is for where, when, who and what.

Pupil 3. Here I am! It’s time to play the game. Look at this ABC, and say what letters are missing.
Ученики делятся на две команды. Ведущий в течение нескольких секунд демонстрирует написанный на листе бумаги алфавит с пропущенными тремя буквами (например, D, Н, О). Выигрывает та команда, которая быстрее найдет пропущенные буквы.
Letter X. X is a Xylophone played in the band.
X is in six. Let’s count up to six!
Children. One, two, three, four, five, six!
Letter Y. Y is for Yak that we all want to ride. .
(Входит ученица, исполняющая роль буквы Z.)
Letter Z. I’m the last letter, the letter Z.
Z is for Zebra with stripes on his side.
Letter Z. Tomorrow on Sunday we go to the Zoo.
