Цели:
Образовательные:
- Повторение изученного материала по теме «Health»;
- Повторение грамматических правил по употреблению времен Past Simple и Present Perfect.
Воспитывающие:
- Воспитание уважительного отношения к чужому мнению;
- Воспитание активности и навыка самоконтроля на уроках английского языка.
Развивающие:
- Развитие навыка монологического высказывания по заданной теме;
- Развитие навыка выполнения действия по образцу;
- Развитие навыка языковой догадки.
Задачи:
- Повторить необходимые грамматические и лексические сведения по теме урока;
- Организовать диалогическую речь учеников по заданной теме;
- Обеспечить успешное выполнение упражнений учащимися.
Используемые средства обучения:
- Учебник по английскому языку Student’s Book, авторы В. П. Кузовлев, Н.М. Лапа и др.;
- Рабочая тетрадь к учебнику для 6 класса общеобразовательных учреждений (Activity Book), авторы В. П. Кузовлев, Н.М. Лапа и др.;
- Раздаточные материалы;
- Тетради учащихся;
- Презентация на экране.
Ход урока:
1. Приветствие. Обозначение темы и хода урока
Учитель: приветствует учеников; называет тему урока; обозначает ход урока.
«Hello, children! Sit down. I’m glad to see you! How are you? I’m fine, thank you!
Who is on duty today? What date is it today? What day is it today? Please tell me who is absent today. Thank you, sit down.
Please write down the date and the title of our lesson – “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”. Today we’re going to speak about doctors and our attitudes towards them. I’d like to tell you about the stages of our lesson. I think we should check your homework at first, then we will read the text and do some exercises. Also we should revise grammar rules about Past Simple Tense and Present Perfect Tense and remember necessary words about our topic».
2. Фонетическая разминка.
Учитель: предлагает учащимся прочитать скороговорку.
«At first you should read this tongue-twister. Please repeat it after me:
“Yellow butter, purple jelly, red jam, black bread.Spread it thick, say it quick!
Yellow butter, purple jelly, red jam, black bread.Spread it thicker, say it quicker!
Yellow butter, purple jelly, red jam, black bread.Don't speak with your mouth full!”
Now please be ready to read it by yourself. The first line (ряд учеников) is reading the first and the second rows; the second line – the third and the fourth rows; the third line – next two rows»
Учитель просит прочитать скороговорку хором, но по рядам: каждый ряд читает по две строки.
«Well done!»
3. Проверка домашнего задания
Учитель: проверяет домашнее задание
А) «We should check exercise 3 from your activity books. Please, give your answers to your classmate. Check your neighbor’s answers and count the mistakes:
0 mistakes = 5
1-2 mistakes = 4
3-4 mistakes = 3
5-6 mistakes = 2
*Данный способ проверки упражнения позволит массово оценить уровень подготовки домашней работы и качества ее выполнения
Б) «You also have made exercise 2 from the page 101 of your Student’s Book. You were asked to write three questions. Now you should ask another pupil one of your question».
* Учитель в произвольном порядке соединяет пары из двух учеников. Достаточно опросить 3 пары (каждый задает 1 вопрос).
4. Повторение и закрепление пройденного материала
Учитель: вспоминает с детьми образование Past Simple Tense и Present Perfect Tense; дает упражнение на закрепление навыка различения этих времен.
«Now we’re going to revise our grammar knowledge. Could you tell me, please how is Past Simple Tense formed? And how is Present Perfect Tense formed? All right. Please look at the screen and revise which words can help us to choose the right tense».
Ученики: отвечают на вопрос учителя; читают информацию на экране.
«I’ll give you some cards with the exercise. Read the sentences and decide which tense we should use there. Then I’ll ask you about your choice and if you think it is Past Simple Tense you should rise you LEFT hand; if you think that it is Present Perfect Tense – please rise you RIGHT hand. Are you ready?» .
1. I read this book yesterday.
2. I have already read the book.
3. She has never been to London.
4. I was at school two days ago.
5. We haven’t cooked the dinner yet.
6. Mother cooked the dinner last week.
Ученики: читают предложение, поднимают руку. Учитель просит одного ученика объяснить ответ.
5. Изучение темы урока
А) Диалог учителя с учениками
«You know we have already learnt the proverb which became the topic of our lesson – “an apple a day keeps a doctor away”. Who remember what does it mean?»Ученики: вспоминают перевод пословицы.
Учитель: «All right, thank you. Now you should read the text on page 103 and try to understand who thinks that:
- doctors are always right;
- he can be healthy without medicine;
- doctors are necessary;
- sometimes you can do without doctors».
Ученики: читают текст (задача – чтение с пониманием ОБЩЕЙ информации); определяют, какое мнение соответствует каждому высказыванию.
Учитель: «You are right. You see there are different attitudes towards doctors. And which is closer to you? Look at the page 104 and use these models to tell us your opinion. Try to prove it.
Ученики: письменно составляют высказывание; учитель просит нескольких учащихся прочитать получившийся текст; просит класс согласиться с данным мнением или оспорить его.
5. Выполнение упражнения
Учитель: объясняет задание
«Now you should do one more task. I’ll give you the card. You should read and translate different illnesses which are given in box. Then you should put those numbers which are right. Then add these numbers and tell me the total number». (см. ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ)
Ученики: выполняют упражнение; сообщают учителю число. После учитель отвечает на вопросы учеников либо задает их сам.
6. Подведение итогов; запись домашнего задания
Учитель: подводит итоги, выставляет оценки; сообщает домашнее задание
«Today was a really difficult lesson, wasn’t it? We read the text, did some exercises and thought about the health problems. I hope that you liked it.
