Комбинированный урок.
Цель урока:
Обучающийся умеет использовать новую и ранее изученную лексику по теме «Жизнь в городе и в деревне».
Задачи:
Познавательная:
повторить новые лексические единицы по теме «Жизнь в городе и в деревне» и закрепить их употребление в речи учащихся;
научить составлять предложения с использованием времени Present Simple and Present continuous.
Развивающая:
развивать умения во всех видах деятельности (аудировании, чтении, говорении, письме);
развивать кругозор учащихся, творческие навыки;
организовать работу с заголовком и с иллюстрациями.
Воспитательная:
создавать возможность для проявления индивидуальных способностей учащихся, развитие навыков к сотрудничеству;
мотивировать учащихся на дальнейшую работу.
Формируемые УУД:
формирование ответственного отношения к обучению;
освоению грамматического материала, поискового чтения;
умение задавать вопросы;
осуществление самоконтроля, самооценки в процессе коммуникативной деятельности.

Good morning children! Sit down, please. Nice to see you again. I’m not going to name the subject of our discussion today. You should guess about it during our lesson. Today we are also going to read the text work on it and speak a lot. Now, look at the blackboard. What can you see there? Учащиеся соответственно называют то, что они видят: город и деревню. Right! So, our subject today is about a city and country. Lifestyles.
Постановка цели урока. Мотивация учебной деятельности учащихся
T: Look at the pictures, please. (Ученики смотрят картинки с изображением города и деревни). Now tell me, please, what are we going to speak about today? (О чем сегодня будет идти речь ученики должны догадаться сами.)
P: Living in the county and in the city! (слайд 2)
T: Yes, you’re right! Our topic is a city mouse or a country mouse. Today we’ll speak about advantages and disadvantages of living in the city and in the country. Do you like city life?
P: Yes, we do. It’s great!

Some people live in the city
Where the houses are very tall.
Some people live in the country
Where the houses are very small.
But in the country where the houses are small,
The gardens are very big.

There are no gardens at all.

Let’s remember different advantages of city living. What can you say about a city? Предполагаемый ответ: It is big. There a lot of cars, shops, and different places of interests.
Let’s remember different advantages of county living. What can you tell me about the county?
How can you see /smell/ hear in the city? How do they make you feel? (На доске слова: stressed, relaxed, free, worried, happy, lonely) Do you know all the words? (Слова переводим, закрепляем произношение). How do you feel in the city (in the country)?
Отработка фраз: don’t mind, very important to me, can’t stand
Предполагаемый ответ: Peace and quiet are very important to me/ I can’t stand crowded streets, and heavy traffic! I think I’m a country mouse.

Now let’s read the text, as if for a radio programme. Mark, please, the sentences T(true) or F(false).
Look at the text again now. Find, please, the sentences: Сегодня мы доим корову в сарае и кормим цыплят. Мы собираемся по магазинам на Оксфорд стрит, а затем мы идем в кино.
В каком времени стоят глаголы в предложениях? Present Continuous / Present Simple. На доске- текст с предложениями. Учащимся предлагается прочитать предложения, распознать время и объяснить его употребление в предложении.
