по теме «Food and Health»
Цель урока:
формирование коммуникативной, лингвистической компетенции учащихся, пропагандирование здорового образа жизни, здорового питания средствами английского языка.
Задачи урока:
Образовательные: развитие навыков говорения, аудирования, чтения, письма по теме "Food and health"; отработка произносительных навыков. Развивающие: развитие мотивации к изучению иностранного языка, навыка языковой догадки, интеллекта, памяти, совершенствование внимания.
Воспитательные: cоздание условий для формирования ясных представлений школьника о здоровом питание; воспитание умений работать в парах, группах, самостоятельно.
Ход урока.
Организационный момент.
Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls! I am glad to see you and our guests. I see some pupils are absent? Who are they?
Let’s begin our work!
Today we have a new theme, and so we’ll speak about different food. What type of food do you know? (healthy and unhealthy)
First of all let’s train our tongues. Here you can see a good English proverb. An apple a day keeps the doctor away: кто яблоко в день съедает, у того доктор не бывает

And now let’s remember the names of food that you know. (дети называют фрукты и овощи на английском языке)
Do you know this fact that different parts of our organism need different food?
For example, milk is good for bones

onion – nerves
beans – brain
apricots - skin
carrot - eyes

Why do you consider this food “healthy”?

Why do you consider this food “unhealthy”?
ученики: (possible answers) Because it’s fattening/ has got a lot of sugar or salt, chemicals, leads to extra weight, etc./ Sugar can spoil teeth/ can be harmful./It can lead to stomachache/ be poisonous, etc.”

There is no sincerer love than the love of food. Do you agree with me? People can’t live without food./ They can die from hunger. /It makes us strong./ It gives us energy etc.
But food can be different. It can give us pleasure as well as cause trouble. I want you to look at the following slides/ You can see the results of the bad/wrong eating habits.
