Warm up The Clothes I Like WearingThe teacher's greeting. Good morning, students! I'm glad to see you. How are you?
Phonetic exercise
Students revise sounds [s] and [i']. The twiattr is on the blackboard (or in the handouts): d I saw Susie sitting in a shoe shine shop.
Checking on homeworkSome students present their leaflets. Teacher makes a class display from others.
Introducing the topicTeacher uses ex. 1, p. 28 for listening and repeating the words. First students match the words in the box with the Items in the picture repeating them. Secondly, teacher asks student:; to call the items of clothes we wear in the cold season and in the wann m.inoii.
Students call the items on groups and write them into vocabularies. Teacher adds some words to the groups and gives their pronunciation and translation.
