Theme of the lesson: ANIMALS AND PLANTS 
Grade: the 8th form
Aims of the lesson:1. educational: to practice the use of  topical vocabulary, to develop  oral speech and the skills of the dialogue and monologue speech 
2. developing: to develop pupils’  ability working in group, to enhance  speaking and thinking skills
3.bringing –up: to enlarge pupils’ interest in learning English, to develop pupils love for their native land  and to protect the nature 
Teaching aids: video, active board, cards, and a poster
Type of the lesson: group work
Method of the teaching: lesson study
PROCEDURE:
A) Organization moment. 
Teacher: -Are you glad to see me?
-I’m glad to see you too. OK, let’s smile each other.
b) Class divide into 4 groups (A game ‘Captain’)
II. Watching a video film ‘In the world of wildlife. (slide 3)
(Students find the theme of the lesson) slide 4,5III. KWL- chart. What do you know?    (slide 6)

Why is it “red”?  -The color red is a danger signal, understandable to all people in the world.
