Scene 1
Mother – (sings) Polly, put the kettle on,
Polly, put the kettle on,

We all have tea
L. R. R. H. - All right, Mummy (brings the kettle)
Mother - (sings) Polly, take the cookies there
Polly, take the cookies there
Polly, take the cookies there
We all have tea
L. R. R. H. - All right, Mummy (brings the cookies)
Scene 2
L. R. R. H. - Red Riding Hood is not a hat
You cannot put it on your head
Red Riding Hood, you see,
Is a little girl, It’s me!
(mother comes)
Mother – Little Red Riding Hood!
L.R.R.H. - Yes, Mummy
Mother - Our Granny is ill and so…
L. R. R. H. – Mummy, of course, I go.
Granny is ill, she must stay in bed…
Mother – Take her some cheese, and butter, and bread…
L. R. R. H. - Granny is ill, she has nothing to eat…
Mother – Take her some pie, it’s very sweet.
But in the wood you mustn’t play-
The wolf can meet you on the way.
And he will eat you and the pie…
L. R. R. H. –I’ll soon be back. Goodbye! (runs away)
Scene 3 ( animals are dancing and suddenly they see a wolf )
Wolf –It’s always said, that I’m bad
But I’ m simply hungry
I want to eat, you know it
Oh, I’m very hungry
I want a pig –so fat and big
Oh I’m very hungry
I want to eat, you know it
Oh, I’m very hungry
(smells about)
Who is there? The girl! (hides)
L. R. R. H. –I’ m walking in the wood
I have the basket with some food
But no flowers at all
And Granny loves them best of all
(animals give flowers to the girl )
L. R. R. H. - The first, the second and the third…
Hello, pretty lady bird,
Stop, wait for me, doesn’t fly –
Nice to meet you, butterfly!
(wolf comes)
Wolf – Hello, walking in the wood?
L. R. R. H. – Hello, Mr. ..Mr. Wolf
Wolf – My dear girl, I want to know
Where and why must you go?
L. R. R. H. – I’ m going to my Granny
I love her much, her name is LannyWolf – And where can her house be?
L. R. R. H. - It’s just behind that oak tree
Turn to the left – it’s nearby..Wolf – Thank you my girl, goodbye, goodbye!
(runs away)
L. R. R. H. –He isn’t bad and rather wise
But flowers here are so nice
Scene 4 (a wolf knocks the door)
Granny –Come in
(a wolf enters the house)
Granny – Hello, I’m glad you’ve come
Wolf – Hello! This is from my Mum (enters the house, tries to catch the Granny, takes her glasses and takes her seat) L. R. R. H. knocks the door
Wolf – Come in
(L. R. R. H. enters the house)
Wolf – Hello, I’m glad you’ve come
L. R. R. H. –Hello! This is from my Mum. She`s very sorry you are ill
Wolf –Come to my bed and please sit still
L. R. R. H. –Why are your eyes so..so..so big?
Wolf – To see you better, little kid!
L. R. R. H. – Why are your ears so grey and big?
Wolf – To hear you better, little kid!
L. R. R. H. – Why are your teeth so white and big?
Wolf – To eat you up, my little kid!
Scene 5 (hunters are coming)
L. R. R. H. - Mr. Hunter, hurry up!
Granny – Wolf is there in my hut!
Hunters – Wolf is there!
We must run!
And I’ll take with me my gun! (hunters kill the wolf)
Granny – Mr. Hunter, we are glad. Wolf has gone and he is dead!
L. R. R. H. –What a big heart you have in your chest!
Hunters – Please no thanks. We`ve done our best.
The sun is low in the sky.
It’s time to go home. Goodbye!
