Тип урока: урок формирования грамматических навыков.
Задачи урока:
Практическая:
1. Тренировать учащихся в употреблении грамматической структуры «The Present Progressive Tense, affirmative & negative» до уровня репродукции
2. Ознакомить учащихся с новой грамматической структурой «The Present Progressive Tense, question» и научить употреблять ее в предложениях на уровне трансформации на основе УРУ
Развивающая:
Способствовать развитию мышления и внимания, умений сравнения и обобщения в рамках ознакомления с новой грамматической структурой в ходе выполнения условно-речевых упражнений
Образовательная:
Способствовать расширению филологического кругозора путем сопоставления способов выражения настоящего времени в родном и изучаемом языках, а также ознакомления с бытом англоязычных ровесников
Воспитательная:
Способствовать воспитанию вежливого общения, формированию уважительного отношения к собеседнику на основе УРУ
ХОД УРОКА
Речевая подготовка (10 мин)
Организационный момент
T.: Good morning, children! I’m glad to see you!
Ps.: Good morning, teacher! We’re glad to see you, too!
T.: How are you today?
Ps.: We’re fine, and you?
T. I’m fine too. Thank you, sit down, please!
2) Речевая разминка
T.: Well, today we continue our talk about the Present Progressive Tense. Let’s start our work. Now, to remember this tense I’ll show you the pictures and you’ll tell me what they are doing now.
T.: What is he doing now?
P1.: He is reading now.
T.: Repeat all together, please.
Ps.: He is reading now.
T.: What is she doing now?
P2.: She is doing exercises now.
T.: What are they doing now?
P3.: They are going to school now.
T.: What are they doing now?
P4.: They are having lunch now.
T. : What is he doing now?
P5.: He is taking a shower now.
Основной этап (20 мин.) Работа с грамматическими структурами
T.: And now look at the blackboard. Let’s compare two sentences: I am taking a shower now. I take a shower every day. (Вынести на доску) As you see, we use the Present Progressive Tense when we speak about the action happening now or at the moment. And what tense do we usually use when we speak about daily life?
Ps.: Present Simple.

T.: You are right! Let’s practice. Look at the blackboard and complete the sentences.
(На доске написаны два предложения: I …every day. I … … now. И выражения: go to school, have breakfast, take a shower, do homework, get up and etc.) По цепочке учащиеся проговаривают эти выражения, подставляя их в оба предложения.
T.: Good! Now you’ll get two cards, on one of them you’ll see your activity and on the other you’ll see the sentence that you’ll say to us and we must correct it, if it isn’t right. (Учитель раздает карточки и показывает пример. На карточке у учителя: действие – jump, предложение – I am reading. Учитель прыгает и говорит в это время «I’m reading») Am I right?Ps.: No, you’re not reading. You are jumping.
T.: Well done! Kate, come to the blackboard and show us your activity. (Учащаяся пишет что-то на доске и говорит «I’m drinking») Is she right?
Ps.: No, she isn’t drinking. She is writing.
T.: Great you are!

T.: And now look at the table that you’ve got. (Учитель раздает карточки с таблицей) You can see two columns. In the first column you’ll write what you usually do. And in the second you’ll write what you are doing now. You have two minutes to fill in the table (Учащиеся заполняют таблицу)
T.: Are you ready? Now exchange your tables with your partner. Your task is to tell us about your partner.

1) Ознакомление с новой грамматической структурой «The Present Progressive Tense, questions»
T.: Now let’s back to the Present Progressive Tense. We’re going to learn how to ask questions about what we are doing now, please open your books on p. 69 and look at the frame.
(Учитель объясняет и прописывает на доске как строится вопросительная форма настоящего продолженного времени. Чтобы задать общий вопрос, надо переставить местами вспомогательный глагол и личное местоимение и посмотреть как стpоится ответ)
На доске: They are singing -> Are they singing? – Yes, they are/No, they aren’t.
