The aim:  To teach students to retell the life stories of Kazakh celebrities in English.  
To develop pupils’ intellect, to practice hearing, speaking, to memorize and retain in memory the language material they have learnt.
To bring up to love motherland as patriots To introduce the main dates of 2015 in Kazakhstan
The type:  out-of-class educational work
Visual aids:  slides, placards, markers, a computer,  an interactive board, pictures.

Good afternoon, dear pupils, teachers and guests! Welcome to our out-of-class work! We are glad to see you and we hope that you’ll enjoy today’s lesson..Professor Johnston often said that if you didn’t know history, you don’t know anything. You were a leaf that didn’t now it was a part of a tree.
With the help of the knowledge of history we can be the patriot of our motherland.
Well, we begin our game and let’s meet our teams.

Level 3. “Historical celebrities”
In our previous lesson students were given task to collect information about one of historical celebrities of Kazakhstan. The first team chose Abylai khan, the 2nd team chose Shokan Ualihanov and the next team chose Nursultan Nazrbayev. They must make a poster in a three minute and to introduce it to others.
Questions: Who was … ? When did he live? What did he do for the progress of the country?
