20% of the world’s population speak in English since childhood.80% of computer’s information are in English.75% of all business letters are in English.


You can read books in the original or watch news and films, listen to the radio in English.

You can communicate with people from other countries and make a lot of friends all over the world. You can find a job abroad and earn a lot of money. You can go abroad on an exchange programme like the FLEX and make presentations at international conferences. You can travel everywhere in the world without language barrier.

When you are travelling English language will help you everywhere: In the airportIn the caféIn the museumIn the libraryDuring the excursions around the town SurveyI conducted a survey in the second, in the eighth and in the tenth forms. I noticed, there was a certain contrast in the children’s opinions.There were three questions:Do you like to learn English language?Will English language help you in the future?Is this language difficult for you?Let’s see the results. So, I want to draw my conclusion. Nowadays English is very important for everybody. As for me, it’s sad if I can’t travel around the world. You can’t go to a café or museum abroad, because you won’t be understood… and you’ll be able to understand nothing.Sometimes learning something is very boring. Maybe English is boring for you too. But now this language is very important in our life. I think, pleasure of a trip or a book in the original language costs learning the language. Learn English! Be happy!
