I go to school six days a week. I study Maths, Russian, English, Literature, History, Biology, Music, Art, and P.E. all the subjects are important. I like them all, but most of all I like Russian and English. At the Russian lessons the teacher asks questions. We answer very well and get good marks. Then we write dictations and learn rules. At the English lessons we read books in English, do some exercises or describe pictures. Sometimes I take English books from our school library. It’s my home reading. We often play volleyball or basketball in the yard. When there is much snow in winter, we can ski and skate in the woods. Sometimes on Sundays the weather is rainy. I can watch TV, listen to music, read books or do my household duties. In the evening I can play with my father or help my mother about the house. I will show her my room, my books and toys. We will go to the shopping centre and have fun. Then I will cook something tasty for her: borsch and potatoes. After dinner my mother will give us tea with biscuits. Elisabeth will play the piano and we will listen to her. It will be a wonderful day! After school they can go to the sporting clubs and complexes. All kind of sports are popular in Russia. Football, gymnastics and tennis are the most popular. I go in for table-tennis. Sometimes I go to the tennis courts. In Great Britain the most popular sports are horse riding, golf and football. There are six tables and many bookcases there. I can sit on a sofa and read a book. The librarian can help me to find the book I need. Pupils go to the library to take and read books, newspapers and magazines. Many teachers go to the library too. There is much snow in the mountains in summer. We have a lot of fun. I put balls, flags, toys, lights and sweets on the New Year tree. They are red, green, yellow, blue and orange. My mother cooks a tasty dinner and I usually help her. We put presents under the New Year tree. We watch our president on TV. At night we open the boxes with presents. At New Year’s night there are many people in the streets. They sing songs, dance and have a lot of fun. I drop a letter in a letter-box. At the post-office there is a window where we can pay our bills: rent, telephone, gas and electricity. I can also send a parcel. The clerk weighs it and I put stamps on it. I can see a big curtain and the orchestra. Actors and actresses are on the stage. They are talented dancers and singers. People wait for beginning of the play in the hall. They can sit in the comfortable armchairs or on the sofa. In the hall you can see photos on the walls. There is always a small café` on the ground floor. There you can have a cup of hot coffee, juice or tea with cakes. I like coins that have pictures of animals and birds. Some of them have pictures of different towns. I have got many coins. Sometimes children can feed animals. Monkeys love eating bananas and fruit. Nick likes to sit on my shoulder or on my head. It’s very big and beautiful. All the people know about the Kremlin and the Red Square. There are a lot of parks and squares in Moscow. There are also theatres, cinemas and museums there. Many young people study in Moscow. They come from over the world.
