Welcome to our home town.
We live in an old Russian town which is situated in the central part of Russia not far from our capital Moscow. Tula was founded in 1146 on the banks of the picturesque Upa river.

style.rotationppt_wppt_y In 1641 the first manufactures appeared. Nikita Demidov built iron plant. The whole families and even streets were engaged in making this or that part of the rifle. That is why many streets of Tula are still called after the parts of the rifle –Kurkovaya, Shtykovaya, Zavarnaya, Stvolnaya, Porohovaya, Orusheynaya, Arsenalnaya.

Tula has many places of interest. The Museum of Arms is well known not only in our town. The Museum of regional Studies is of great interest too. Many people not only from our country but also abroad visit Yasnay Polyana every day, the Kremlin, the Victory Square with its eternal flame and the monument to the defenders of Tula, the vast central town park belongs to the sights of Tula.
