Тип урока : комбинированный
Цели урока:
Образовательные: повторить лексические единицы темы, ввести новые лексические единицы, познакомить с тематическим парком LegolandРазвивающие: развивать навыки аудирования, изучающего чтения, навыки письма, навыки устной диалогической и монологической речи, расширять словарный запас учеников, развивать память, внимательность.
Воспитательные: прививать интерес к различным видам развлечений и к тематическим паркам мира, укреплять любовь к путешествиям и к изучению иностранного языка.
ХОД УРОКА
I Организационная часть
Приветствие
T: Good morning, dear pupils!
Ps: Good morning, teacher!
T: Sit down, please! How are you today?
(Ps’ answers)
Введение в иноязычную атмосферу (беседа)
T: Look at my table! What is unusual on it?
Ps: You have some details of the Lego-constructor and some figures made of Lego.
3. Побуждение к определению темы и целей урока.
T: Right you are! Try to predict, what will we discuss today?
Ps: We will talk about constructors.
T: Not only! Do you like to travel? Today I propose to you to visit one very special park. And to get the name of the park you should do the crossword. The highlighted letters will make up the word.
(дети называют слова предыдущих уроков темы по картинкам, выделенные в словах буквы составляют слово Legoland)

T: So, that’s the name of the park-Legoland. Do you know anything about it? What do we usually do at our lessons if we want to get the information?
Ps: We read the text, discuss it, listen to the text, watch some videos, learn the words, do projects.

II Основная часть урока
Развитие навыков письма.
T: Open, please your books, page 61. Here we have a text about Legoland. It is very far from our town and we can get there only by plane. But we know, to get on the board we have to fill in the Flight Boarding Pass (учитель раздаёт детям пустой посадочный талон).
Your task is to fill in the pass, but be Attentive! In the last graph you have to write the country where you want to get. Find this information in the text!
(ученики заполняют , сдают талоны учителю)
T: I see now we are ready to fly, look at the screen (на экране короткое видео как взлетает самолёт)
Введение новых лексических единиц
T: California is really far and while we are flying I propose you to listen about the Legoland. You will need some new words to understand the text well.
(на доске –новые слова, ученики читаю розданные им определения и ищут подходящее слово)
Brick – a block of hard material used for building
Bone - any of the hard parts inside a human or animal that make up its frame:
driving licence-official permission for someone to drive a car,
fossil-the preserved remains or traces of animals, plants, and other organisms from the remote past
attraction- something interesting or enjoyable to see or do
spectacular-very exciting to look at

What material is Legoland made of? It’s made of colourful plastic bricks.
What are the most famous attractions of Legoland? They are Dino’s Island, Fun Town, Knight’s Kingdom, Explore Village.
What activities can children do on the Dino’s Island? They can dig for dinosaur bones and ride a rollercoaster.
Why is Fun Town also interesting for children? Here they can drive a fire truck, fly a plane and get an official Legoland driving licence.
What attractions can you visit in Knight’s Kingdom? We can ride the fantastic Dragon Coaster and find out what was life in the past.
What special things can you see at Explore Village? You can go on a safari trek and see giraffes, zebras, lions and other animals made of Lego.
What spectacular sights made of Lego can you see at Legoland? For example, the Statue of Liberty and the Kennedy Space Center.

T: We have a plan of the text, but we’ve lost some points of it. Work in pairs to complete the plan.(ученики в парах составляют план, заполняю пропущенные пункты). Вместе составляют единый план с помощью учителя. Ответ на слайде

T: You ‘ve done all the tasks very well, so we got to the park. Look at the screen. Our plane is landing! (видео приземляющегося самолёта)

T: Divide into three groups. While watching the video write out the words that appear on the screen.( в группах вписывают слова из видео, соревнуясь, какая группа выпишет больше)Оформление мини-проектов в группах.
T: Now we know a lot about Legoland. Would you like your friends visit it? Make a poster and an advertisement about this park. One pupil should present the poster.
(ученики получают плакат и картинки для оформления коллажа и составляют рекламу согласно плану)
