– Good-afternoon, students. I am glad to see you again. Great Britain is very rich with outstanding people. There are lots of famous British musicians, sportsmen, scientists, writers, explorers, actors and so on. I think you‘ve learnt much about outstanding people of all times and nations during our English lessons, learnt many interesting facts about their biographies, but you’ve heard very little of some English actors.
Today we’ll speak about the creator of comedy. Have you ever heard about Charlie Chaplin? What is he famous for? - He is the greatest English comic.
- He played in black - and-white movie.
-Charlie Chaplin could make people laugh even with no sound.

-I think he didn’t get any money for this fight, but he struggled comically, funny and heroically.
- I liked the moments of his funny fight. It was something.
-As for me, it was a real show.
-I liked the episode of his preparation.
