Today we are going to talk about the verb "to be” in the Present Indefinite Tense. Now Let’s watch the presentation. (см. приложение)
Глагол "to be” в Настоящем Неопределенном времени.
to be – быть, находиться, являться.
 Глагол "to be” в настоящем времени имеет 3 формы: am, is, are.
I          am   - я являюсь (нахожусь)
You    are   - ты(вы) являетесь (находитесь)
We     are   - мы являемся (находимся)
They   are  - они являются (находятся)
He      is      - он является (находится)
She    is      - она является (находится)
It        is      - оно является (находится)
Example:
I am a doctor – Я (являюсь) врач(ом)
You are a doctor – Ты (являешься) врач(ом)
We are doctors – Мы (являемся) врач(ам)и
They are doctors – Они (являются) врач(ам)и
He is a doctor – Он (является) врач(ом)
She is a doctor – Она (является) врач(ом)

Чтобы задать вопрос нужно перенести am, is, are на 1 место.
Am I a doctor? - Я (являюсь) врач(ом) ? – Yes, you are. / No you are not.       
Are you a doctor? - Ты (являешься) врач(ом)? – Yes, I am. / No, I’m not.
Are we doctors? - Мы (являемся) врач(ам)и? – Yes, we are. / No, we are not.
Are they doctors? - Они (являются) врач(ам)и? – Yes, they are. / No, they are not.
Is he a doctor? - Он (является) врач(ом)? – Yes, he is. / No, he is not.
Is she a doctor? - Она (является) врач(ом)? – Yes, she is. / No, she is not.
Negative sentences. Отрицательные предложения.
Чтобы сказать отрицательное предложение мы должны поставить после глаголов  am, is, are отрицательную частицу not.
I am not a doctor – Я не (являюсь) врач(ом)
You are not a doctor – Ты не (являешься) врач(ом)
We are not doctors – Мы не (являемся) врач(ам)и
They are not doctors – Они не (являются) врач(ам)и
He is not a doctor – Он не (является) врач(ом)
She is not a doctor – Она не (является) врач(ом)
