Презентация по английскому языку на тему We will remember forever

Hello my dear friend,We have had the peaceful sky above our heads for 70 years. We haven’t seen the War with our own eyes, but we know about it from our grandparents. Almost all families in our country have their own heroes, who took part in The Second World War. Our family also has such heroes. They are my great-grandfathers. And I would like to tell you about them. Ponyavin Pyotor Mikhailovich was born in 1917. In 1939 my great-grandpa went to the army. During the War he was a machine-gun platoon commander. And he had a rank of lieutenant. My great-grandpa participated in the war from the beginning to the end. He fought for Konigsberg. It was one of the most important battles of the Great Patriotic War. Its results had significant military-political meaning. Soviet troops conquered the East Prussia. He was seriously wounded twice. He got a lot of awards, such as The Order of the Red Star and The Order of the Patriotic War of the First Class. After the war my great-grandfather worked as a road-building engineer. He died on January, 1994. Malygin Mikhail Prokhorovich was also my great-grandfather. He was born in 1924. When the war began he was only 17. During the war he was a soldier. He was contused. My great-grandpa fought in Berlin. And he had a lot of awards and medals, for example, The Order of the Red Star, The Order of Fame. After the war he married and he got many children and grandchildren. He died on February, 1990. Unfortunately, I hadn’t a chance to meet them, when they were alive. But I will always be proud of them and remember them forever!
