Цель урока: продолжить формирование и обобщение знаний по теме и умение оперировать ими.
учебный аспект:
- активизировать употребление лексики по теме;
-отработать речевые умения учащихся в монологической речи;
-формировать умения говорения на основе прочитанного текста;
развивающий аспект:
-развивать личностную активность учащихся;
- развивать умение выражать законченную мысль;
развивать умение работать в группах;
воспитательный аспект:
-учить учащихся бережному отношению к окружающей среде;
-формировать экологическую грамотность, чувство любви к природе.
Тип урока. Технологии: обобщение и закрепление материала, игровые, критического мышления.
Оснащение урока: УМК Spotlight-7, доска, компьютер, раздаточный материал ( карточки с заданиями), картинки с экологическими лозунгами.
Продолжительность урока – 40 мин.
Ход урока
Орг. момент – 1 мин. Т. : Good morning, pupils! I’m glad to see you. Take your seats.
Who is on duty today? What date is it today? What is your home task?
Опрос домашнего задания – 4 мин P.P. Our home task is Ex-s 1, 2,3, p.48 in Workbook.
Основная часть – 35мин.
T.: Can you tell me what topic we are going to talk about today?
P.P.: Our topic is the problem of pollution of our planet.
1) Фонетическая зарядка-3 мин. T.: You are right. We start our discussion with the poem about Nature. Look at the blackboard, now we‘ll read this poem all together, repeat each line after me:
I see green trees, red roses too;
I watch them bloom for me and you,
And I think to myself,
What a wonderful world!
The clouds of the rain blow;
I hear babies’ cry, I want them grow,
They’ll learn much more, that I’ll over know
And I think to myself,
What a wonderful world!
(учащиеся хором читают каждую строчку за учителем)
2) Повторение лексики пройденных уроков-
3 мин. Т.: We know that the Earth is our green home but let’s have a look at the slides and say what problems you can see there/
(учащиеся просматривают слайды и называют проблему, представленную на сладе).

5) Лексическая игра -
6 мин I see you know the words, so it’s time to play the game “Who is the quickest to read the sentence?” There are no letters but only figures. Each letter has the number in the ABC. Find the number of the letter and change the figures into letters. You are divided into three groups.

7) Чтение текста с последующим пересказом- 10 мин Now, boys and girls we’ll read the text “Our Environment”. Your task is to put the sentences in the right order. Then give the short retelling of the text.
Our Environment
The environment is all the things we need to live – clean water to drink and to wash with, air to breath and healthy food to eat. We can’t live without plants and animals. They make the soil, they clean the water and air, and they give us all our food.
The world is our home and we want to see it clean and beautiful. At the same time we take from nature as much as we can. We cut out the forests and build farms, houses, roads and factories on the land. While doing it we pollute the environment. We make a lot of waste some of which is toxic. We dump domestic and industrial waste in the country and pour toxic waste into our rivers, seas and oceans.
Cars and factories, plants and power stations pollute the air and make it dangerous to breathe.
People have to think about all these ecological problems if they want to survive.
Put the sentences in the right order.
