-Listen to these exercises carefully. If you learn how to do them today, you can do them yourselves tomorrow.
-This exercise can help to release tension from your shoulders and also help you relax generally.
-Stand with your weight on both feet, arms by your sides and look straight ahead.
-Raise your right shoulder up towards to your right ear. Don't bend your right arm as you do this, and don't raise your left shoulder. Count to three and let your right shoulder drop down again.
-Now raise your left shoulder towards your left ear. Don't bend your left arm as you do this and don't raise your right shoulder. Count to three and let your left shoulder drop down again.
-Now raise both shoulders together. Don't bend your arms at all. Count to three, then let your shoulders drop right down. Keep your arms relaxed by your sides.
-Repeat this exercise a few times. Your shoulders should now feel relaxed.
-This exercise can help your concentration. Sit in a relaxed and upright position and rub your palms together until they are really warm. Imagine you are forming a ball. Now place your warm palms on your eyes. Breath in and out through your nose calmly and regularly and enjoy the relaxing warmth that passes over from your hands to your eyes.
-After about one minute, let your hands sink down into your lap and open your eyes again.
