Variant I
Use the verbs in brackets in Present Indefinite or Present Continuous:
Excuse me, you (speak) English?
I can’t talk to you at the moment, I (work).
What she (do)? – She is a dentist.
What you (do)? – We are writing a letter to our friend.
I (not want) to go out now. It (rain).
Use the verbs in brackets in Past Indefinite or Present Perfect:
You (see) Pam last week? - No, I didn’t. I (not see) her for ages.
My hair is clean. I (wash) it.
Last year we (go) to London for a holiday.
Kathy loves travelling. She (visit) many countries.
You ever (be) to Africa? – No, I never (be) there.
III. Use the verbs in brackets in Present Indefinite, Present Continuous, Past Indefinite or Present Perfect:
1)In the evening I often (go) to see my friends.2) It (be) six o’clock in the evening now. Jack (watch) TV.3) When I (be) a child I (not like) to play the violin. 4) My sister is fond of writing. She already (write) 10 novels. 5) How Agatha Christie (get) her education? 6) When they (arrive)? 7) We (know) each other for a long time. 8) She (live) here since 2010.
