We continue stuffing ourselves with fast food like chips and pizzas. We are always in a hurry. We have no time to enjoy a home-cooked dinner with our families and friends. We want to eat now and we want to eat fast. But what is tasty is not healthy. Doctors say that chips and pizzas are fattening, cola spoils our teeth and coffee shortens our lives…
Lack of exercise is another problem. We spend a lot of hours in front of our computers and TV-sets. Few of us do morning exercises. We walk less because we prefer to use cars or public transport.
Smoking and drinking alcohol can shorten our lives dramatically-smoking cigarettes, for example, kills about 3 million people every year …
A lot of people ask themselves if there are practical rules for healthy living. The answer is-very few. One of them is –LOVE. Love in childhood. Love from parents. And when the children become grown-up people, they realize that love they have helps them in their life to be friendly, confident, well-educated, polite, organized…Another principle is –HEALTHY NUTRITION. If the people eat healthy food, they become healthier, friendlier, more confident, better organized…One more important element in a healthy life is a PERSONAL BELIEF. When people believe in their future, they think about something positive-their friends, plans for tomorrow, well-made dinner , etc. and they become healthier, friendlier, more confident, better organized …
Perhaps, these principals seem too theoretical, but they are GOLDEN RULES to everybody to be happy and feel healthy.
We all know that the healthier we are, the better we feel. The better we feel, the longer we live. So why not take care of ourselves?
