Accountant is a specialist who takes into account the income and expenses, prepares accounting records, prepares and delivers reports to the tax Inspectorate and other inspection organizations.

What is an accountant?maintenance of tax documentation, accounting, payment of taxes;payment of contributions to various extra-budgetary funds;accrual of remuneration to employees;report to Supervisory bodies;the internal reporting;the management accounting Department and the organization of its work;subject related to international and national standards;tax and management accounting;the accounting of material values.




The qualities required for this exercise is concentration, perseverance and patience. Almost all the working time will have to spend at the computer, checking and rechecking, building graphics and summarizing information. Accountant must have knowledge in the following areas:- accounting, tax accounting,- financial analysis, basic audit- legislation in the accounting field,- basic knowledge of PC, 1C, Excel.
Quality, impeding effectiveness of professional activity:· lack of mathematical ability;· lack of analytical skills;· fatigue;· inattention, distraction;· the lack of inclination to work with figures;· indiscipline;· lack of moral and ethical norms.

Applications of professional knowledge:scope of banking activities; financial institutions; any state agencies that are not related to the field of Finance and economy; non-state enterprises, including small businesses.

The majority of accountants (85,4%) have higher or incomplete higher education. Since many of the professionals working in foreign companies, some of them need the knowledge of foreign languages.
