The distinctive feature of Street art is pronounced urban character. The main part of street art is graffiti (or spray-art). This art also includes posters (non-profit), stencils, various sculptural installation, etc. In street art, every detail is important: shadow, color, line. The artist creates a stylized logo "unique character", and portrays it in areas of the urban landscape. The most important thing in street art is to involve the viewer in a dialogue and to show a different scene.

However, graffiti is not the only direction of street art. Another unusual kind of street art is a wide volunteer project called Garden guerilla or "guerrilla gardening". Many people from around the world are employed in this new trend. They want to save the world through beauty.People of this group try to make more green space in the most unexpected places.
One of the most active participants of this project is a resident of London, Steve Wheen. Wheen calls himself "the gardener without a garden". As a platform for his work he uses the whole London. Steve thinks there is no enough green space in the British capital. But he does not wait for the government to create new parks and squares and takes the initiative in his own hands.
Steve Wheen selects the most unusual places in London and creates new green areas. The motto of this author is minimalism. He doesn't land big trees and bushes; he creates real masterpieces of mini art. The author chooses places that spoil the face of the city, and makes them look beautiful.
For example, a puddle on the London street Steve turns into a lake, with trees and benches around it, and a hole in the asphalt - into a tennis court
Cracked wall of a building turns into a picnic area for gnomes or some other fantasy creatures.
Despite its small size, each work of Steve Wine is wonderful, and calls a lot of positive emotions from people. These nice mini gardens can be found in quiet alleys and busy streets. Now people began to write talented gardener and offer problem areas for landscaping.
Steve Wheen is a good example for young people and shows that everyone can make a contribution to save the beauty of our world and any person can make the place where he or she lives more beautiful and comfortable.
