It sea borders are Norwegian sea, Greenland sea, Atlantic Ocean. The area and population The total area of the country is 103 000/ one hundred three thousand square kilometers. The population of Iceland is 321 857/ three hundred twenty one thousand eight hundred and fifty-seven peoples. Reykjavik The capital of Iceland is Reykjavik. Reykjavik is considered the cleanest city in the world. It's the world's most northerly capital of the state.Since the city is near the Arctic circle, it is characterized by a very bright white nights in summer and very short daylight hours in winter. Iceland The longest river is Tuorsay, length is two hundred thirty kilometers. The largest lake is Tourisvatyn, area is 88 square kilometers.
