Поддерживать интерес к английскому языку через занимательные упражнения и игровые задания.

Good morning. Glad to see you. Sit down, please. What is the date today? What day is it today? How are you today? Who is absent?
Постановка учебной проблемы.
Look at the blackboard! There are 4 words on it. (MORNING, AFTERNOON, EVENING, NIGHT)
Try to give the words that come to your mind when you hear/ see or think of these words. It doesn’t matter what part of speech they are. Phrases are also possible.
Ok. How do you think what we are going to discuss today? (our working/ typical day/ daily routine)
Применение знаний.
Why is it important to speak about it? (to plan activity/ to make an appointment/ e.t.c.)
What should we know to be able to speak or to ask somebody about his/her day? (to know words/ to know how to make sentences/ to formulate questions)
Let’s work with vocabulary. Open your textbook page 12 exercise 1.
Now let’s work in pairs. Don’t forget our rules! What are they?
Firstly using these phrases make 3-4 sentences using Present Simple and Present Continuous. Write them in your copybook.
Then you’ll read your sentences in Russian and ask one of the pairs to translate the sentence into English. All the rest will check. Your task will be to check the answer, showing the cards lying on your desks
Orange card- means that the answer is good
Yellow card- some mistakes
Blue card- wrong tense or word order
Imagine that one of you is a reporter from a youth magazine who is having an interview with a student from our school. He/she wants to know about your typical working day. (When you get up, go to school, how many lessons do you have, some information about your hobbies, e.t.c.) Don’t forget to introduce yourself and ask name. 6-7 replies from each side will be enough.
Now let’s listen to some of the dialogues.
We know about your working day and now let’s listen to an extract from the text, describing a usual day of a person.
What is this person? What is his occupation? Try to guess. What words and phrases helped you to understand? (ASTRONAUTS)
