ENGLISH TEA-TIME
Английское чаепитие
( учебно-ролевая игра для учащихся 5-6 классов)
Цель:повторение изученных конструкций, диалогов, лексики
Задачи: приблизиться к культуре, обычаям другой страны.
Подготовительный этап
Дети заранее начинают готовиться к игре. В 5 классе объявляется конкурс « Design your teaport «. Выставка работ представляется во время игры. Учащиеся 5 класса делятся на 3 группы, каждая из которых гтовит блюдо и рецепт этого блюда: 1 – scones, 2- toasts, 3- tea.
Учащиеся 6 класса также делятся на группы, которые готовят; 1 – invitations, 2 – place markers, 3 – name badges.
Таким образом, организуется праздничное чаепитие, где дети пробуют не только английские сладости, но и играют в те игры которые обычно практикуются на вечеринках в Англии.
Ход игры
1.Вступительное слово учителя.
T e a c h e r: Good afternoon, dear friends! I am very glad to see you at our party. Today we will act , play and eat English dish. Now let’s begin our lesson. First of all before you go to the party you receive an invitation. Pupils from the 6 th form know how to do it and they have prepared them for you.
2. Представление программы учащимися 6 класса
Invitations (выходит группа из 6 класса с приглашениями для всех присутствующих. Они раздают приглашения и рассказывают , как это делается).
I cut the card in the form of a baloon, glue it to the envelope and put a piece of string on it. Then I write the invitation on the baloon.
T e a c h e r: When your friends have invited you to the party they begin to prepare everything.
Place markers( готовят для всех и рассказывают учащиеся 6 класса).
I took a piece of card about 10 cm by 10 cm snd cut it in the form of a baloon. Then I wrote the name , and folded the baloon that in half so that it stands up.
Name badges ( 6 класс).
I cut a piece of card in the form of a baloon and glue a piece of string on it. Then I write the name of a guest on each badge so everybody knows who is who.

Dialogue “ Saying Hello” ( 6 класс)
M u m: Answer the door, Jane
J a n e: I’ m coming. Just a minute. Hello, Ann. Come in.
A n n: This is my friend Richard.
R i c h a r d: Hello, Jane.
J a n e: This is my brother John.
R i c h a r d: Hi, John
3. Выступление с программой учащихся 5 класса.
T e a c h e r: So your friend invites you to the table. You can see scones, toasts, tea on the table. Would you like to know how to cook them? Listen to your friends.
Scons – 5 класс ( учащиеся пекут булочки для всех и рассказывают способ приготовления).
Mix the flour and baking powder.
Add butter, sugar, raisins, an egg and milk.
Roll out the pastry to about 1 cm thick.
Cut into rounds.
Bake 15-20 minutes in a hot oven.
Enjoy your scones
Дети угощают всех булочками.
Toasts – 5 класс ( учащиеся показывают и комментируют способ приготовления).
1.Cut a slice of bread.
2.Put it in the toaster.
3.Wait a minute. It’s ready.
4.Put the toast on your plate.
5.Put some butter on it.
6.Put some jam on the toast.
Enjoy it.
Tea- 5 класс ( показывают и рассказывают прямо на уроке).
1.Fill the kettle with cold water.
2.Boil the water.
3.Warm the pot.
4.Put one teaspoon of tea in the pot for each person and one extra for the pot.
5. Pour hot water into the pot.
Enjoy your tea.
Dialogue “At the table” (5 класс)
J a n e Help your self to the scones, please. Wuld you like a cup of tea?
R i c h a r d. Yes, thank you.
J a n e. White or black?
R i c h a r d. Black, please.
J a n e. Would you like some more toast?
A n n. No,thanks, I haven’t eaten my first piece yet.
M a r y. May I have another scone?
J a n e. Yes, certainly.
R i c h a r d. Could you pass the sugar, please?
J a n e. Here you are.
