Ход урока.

Hello,children! Sit down please. Who is on duty today? Who is absent today?
II. Presentation of the theme and aims of the lesson.
Today we’ll find out what you will learn during this school year, and today we’ll study
the theme “Holidays” and how to ask questions about the text .We also repeat the grammar rule of using the Present Simple tense
III. Warm-up.
Present Simple tense- ( do\does ) 1 form of the verb ( he, she,it + s\es )
I like reading. \ I don’t like reading.
She enjoys swimming. \ She doesn’t enjoy swimming.
Step 1. Ex.1,2 pg.12 read and translate the text
New words: leave- оставлять subject -предмет
Language- язык know-знать
Hunting- охотиться travel-путешествовать

Ex.3 pg.13 match the pictures and the names.
Ex.4 pg.13 complete the table ,use information from the text
IV. Follow-up.
Ex.5 pg 19 Talk to your friend and make a short report


V. Conclusion.
Ask pupils” What can you tell about your holidays?”
