Developing: to develop pupils speaking, writing and self working skills, critical thinking, to learn the use of the modal verb – “can” in speech;
Bringing up: to increase their interest in learning English, to teach pupils to respect the language they speak
The type of the lesson: mixed lesson.
The methods of the lesson: role – play, question – answer, individual work, games.
Visual aids: The interactive board, computers, pictures.
The procedure of the lesson
Organization moment. Good afternoon, children! Glad to see you.
- Who is on duty today?
-What date is it today? What day of the week today? Let’s talk about the weather.
- What’s the weather like today? Is it cold or warm today? Is it sunny today? Is it windy today?
-Open your exercise book and write down today’s date and the theme of our lesson. The theme of our lesson is Can you play the guitar? And lexical theme is Musical instruments
